18th Orthodontic Meeting in Going on December 1–2 at the Stanglwirt
On December 1st and 2nd, Anitha, Sunny, and Julia attended the 18th Orthodontic Meeting at the Stanglwirt in Going.
Nine speakers were invited to give fascinating presentations on a wide variety of topics. Our boss was one of them and gave a talk entitled "Leadership – How to Build Your Dream Team."
As our patients know, the atmosphere in our practice is always positive.
This is largely because creating a positive team environment is one of our boss's top priorities. Keeping employees motivated and building a harmonious team play a major role in achieving this. Regular team-building events, as well as giving team members responsibility for their own areas of work, are also essential factors in maintaining motivation.
Anitha and Sunny attended many interesting presentations by their colleagues and once again returned home with fresh inspiration and valuable new insights.
