Self-Defense Course at MK-Fighting

Since we regularly engage in team activities together, a special team event was on the agenda for April 1st: a self-defense course at MK-Fighting. During a varied and intense training session, we had the opportunity to learn various self-defense techniques and try them out for ourselves. This called for not only strength and concentration, but—just as importantly—it was also definitely a lot of fun. The event was exciting, athletic, and at times quite physically demanding, but it ultimately brought us even closer together as a team. For us, shared activities like this—outside of our daily routine at the practice—are always a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, gain new experiences, and strengthen our team spirit. A big thank you to MK-Fighting for the fantastic training and for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon!
