Leadership Training in Baden-Baden – October 1 & 2
On October 1st and 2nd, we held our first Leadership Training at the Roomers Hotel in Baden-Baden.
Our event consisted of two parts: Part 1 focused on defining our practice goals for the coming year, while Part 2 was dedicated to communication and leadership skills for our management team.
Our current leadership team consists of four people responsible for billing, reception, quality management and human resources, and patient treatment.
To remain innovative and creative, it is essential to strengthen the collaboration between these departments. This allows us to provide our patients with an even better and smoother experience.
One of Sanjay Raval's favorite quotes from his mentor Tony Robbins is: "Progress makes happy!" In other words, continuous development brings joy and satisfaction to our daily work!
The results of our meeting:
- Improving our telephone availability
- Introducing digital monitoring for our patients
- Creative brainstorming to enhance our social media presence
Due to the positive feedback from the team, we decided to hold a Leadership Training session once every quarter.
